NADA and Baskets stand up for pure performance

GIVE EVERYTHING, TAKE NOTHING - Telekom Baskets Bonn start the new season and confirm their commitment to pure performance. Together with the National Anti Doping Agency (NADA), they are staging a day for clean sport in the wake of the match against the Brose Baskets from Bamberg on 9 November 2014. Their main sponsor, Deutsche Telekom AG, also supports the campaign.

The match day at the Telekom Dome in Bonn is accompanied by several activities. For instance, NADA’s booth is on the site, so spectators can join the initiative. "We are pleased that the Telekom Baskets support NADA in their work for clean sport. In doing so, they are sending a clear signal for fair competitions, transparent success and honest results", said Dr. Andrea Gotzmann, CEO of NADA.

Telekom Baskets Bonn with its national and internationally successful professionals support the fundamental values ​​of NADA. "Not only because of our Bundesliga team, but principally for our more than 470 active players in our club teams the issue of 'clean sport' is enormously important to us", says head coach Mathias Fischer. "For us, it is simply a matter of course to work with NADA on and off the field."

With its initiative, NADA has created a platform for all who want to show their support for clean sport.
